Starting with the plantation of 200 ha of fast growing trees up to the testing of the fuel in vehicles the project will pave the way for a large scale BtL production. BtL diesel fuel in a pure form has considerable benefits in terms of emissions (tailpipe and WTW). However, since the market introduction will most likely take place as a blend, the innovative tasks in terms of fuel utilisation are to derive BtL-blends which are best suited for diesel and homogeneous combustion engines. | |
